At 325°F, figure about 15 minutes per pound unstuffed and a bit more for larger birds. A stuffed turkey needs roughly 30–45 minutes longer. This tool uses the USDA time ranges so you don’t have to guess.
Work backward from dinner: roast time + rest time before your serve time. That’s the “put it in the oven at” time above — set an alarm for it.
